Not bad, but nothing too memorable, but definitely better than the major chain pizzas and worth visiting if you happen to be in the area. We had decent service on a Wed night. They have a small seating area for inside dining, but it looks like they do a lot of takeway business too. The salad with goat cheese and cranberries was pretty good, and the bacon pizza was pretty good with a medium crust that had some garlicky flavor to it. They also have samples of 4 craft beers for $5 which is a great deal.

My husband and I were driving home from a long weekend and were on the road all day. We were looking to avoid fast food for dinner and found this place shortly off the highway. I think we found it in the GPS, maybe. Anyway, the pizza was great. Most pizza places have pizza by the slice and offer plain or pepperoni. This place had tons of varieties of pizza by the slice - hawaiian, meat, veggie, and probably 5 or 6 more.

We ordered this because they had a menu in our hotel. The menu was old. We got salads, pizza, chicken and fries. Chicken was good, fries were delivery fries soggy, salad were limp, pizza was good (not the best but good).

When I was growing up and spending summer vacation in the area, we always went to the pizza place over by the motel. It closed and for years there was no really great pizza in St. J. After Cucina de Gerardo closed (I was sad to see it go) Ramunto's opened and brought with it fantastic pizza. When we got married in St. J last year we recommended it to all of our family and friends. My in-laws went for dinner and said it was the best pizza they've ever had.

Eh. Pizza is good for a big group for take out I guess. The other items though (sandwiches, appetizers, etc.) are not so much. Four out of five times, would say they are either undercooked or rubbery. Good brew selection but a lot of places around there are so I'd rather go to them. Ambiance is strange too. Weird blue lighting, cold...etc. When friends go, I most likely opt out. Friendly staff though. Skip this :/

Cheese pizza 2 slices, w fountain soda, $3.99! garlic, pepper flakes, parmesan on table. We had to get some filled to order canolis. Very nice & efficient folks behind the counter. Pretty view right on a river, patio seating, might be for smokers, don't know, only 3 other tables with folks (inside) while we were here. 2nd visit 12" pie, house salads, dressing in pkgs. More canolis. All wonderful.

I drove 2000 miles across the country and after four days of Taco Bell and KFC, it was nice to have some real food. Also, I eat way too much pizza. I've probably eaten pizza more than any other food in my 33 years on this planet. I'm trying to convince you that I'm an expert. In pizza. Convinced? Great...here we go...Ramunto's is excellent. The sauce is light, yet very flavorful. The pepperoni is top notch. The dough is perfectly crisp on the outside and chewy inside. Also, we got delivery and it was here in under 30 minutes. Probably because it's Tuesday, but hey, it's still a fact. I don't know the area well, as I'm visiting, but if this is the kind of food St. Johnsbury has to offer, I'm looking forward to my stay.

I'll admit to not having done a sit down meal here, so I can only comment on the take out experience, which has been woefully inconsistent. The quality of the pizza can range from "just what I wanted" to "what the heck is this?" The last pizza we ordered had obscene amounts of flour on the bottom of the crust along with several large pieces of fat and skin that was passed off as ham. The other issue is pricing. Simply put, it's all just a tad more expensive than it should be, doubly so if you're building your own item rather than choosing off the menu. When it's good, it's worth it. But it's truly a dice roll as to whether what you get is up to snuff in terms of quality. It's also about a 50/50 as to whether an appetizer ordered as takeout includes the advertised dipping sauce or not, so check your order before you leave.

Holy cow--in one phrase: a dump. Having eaten for many years at the West Lebanon, NH, Ramunto's, my wife and I assumed this might be a perfectly nice place for lunch. We were mistaken. We were the first couple to visit as they opened at noon on Sunday, which was a very cold (10 degrees) day. The interior, once we sat down, didn't feel much warmer. A glance at the wall thermostat showed 62 degrees, and it didn't appreciably warm up during our 30-minute stay. We figured that the slices of pizza we ordered would warm us up, but they were only luke-warm, although they tasted ok. No coffee served here, which was another disappointment. The decor was uninspired and dingy and very dark, even on a bright, sunny day. The bathroom was *deplorable*, with large patches of the wall torn out where a soap dispenser must once have been and other signs that the owner has long ago abandoned any attempt to make a visit pleasant. The food presentation was a good match for the rest of the place--pizza slices on aluminum foil on an aluminum warming/serving platter. No utensils or plates set for us, so we found a station where they were stored--but one look at how dirty the plates were convinced us to eat off the foil, and the forks and knives were absolutely *filthy*, and we tried to select two of each that were less so. Ugh! No one came to ask us if "everything was alright", as most places do, probably because they knew what they'd hear. The single good thing I can say about this place is that the front counter guy was very pleasant. Despite what the manager wrote here in response to a bad review only one month ago, this place does not merit a visit by *anyone*. You've been warned. This is not the restaurant you've been looking for.

The service suck and the wings had a sea food taste.. The service tells me to seat any were and stays talking to some body at the door for about 4 to 5 minutes.. I wish I could of have it 0 stars....

This is a pretty good pizza place in St. Johnsbury. I went here the other night for a couple of slices. I had a plain cheese slice and another slice with chicken and ranch dressing. I am not a huge fan of ranch dressing but the slice was good. I wish the crust had been a little crispier. They have a great beer selection which included local beers like Trout River and Woolavers. The service was ok. You order and pay at the counter and they bring it out to you. There were plenty or tables and a large television playing sports. The table next to us had some calzones that smelled amazing. I'm looking forward to trying them on my next visit.

Well, it's the best pizza in St. Johnsbury, which is sorta like saying that it's the best scuba diving spot in Lake Erie. We had a large meat lovers on Tuesday night. Craig and Casey dug in about 45 minutes before we got back from work, so the remaining slices were luke-warm, yet still tasty, which is a good litmus test for a worthy pie. I had a T(urkey)BLT yesterday for lunch. They went way overboard with the shredded iceberg and tomato, but the turkey was fresh and the bacon was great: well-cooked and shredded into bite-size pebbles. Fountain Pepsi instead of fountain coca-cola loses Ramunto's an unfortunate star. Prices, again, are dear. Too expensive for St. J.

We ate there while on a weekend trip. It's a fill up food, we had a pizza and it was greasy and the crust too thin. Dishes were dirty and it's like self service. Service was average. OK if you are hungry but nothing special.

Yeah this is one of the worst pizzas I've ever had. The crust was overcooked and extremely dry. There were only hints of sauce, which is a shame because their sauce is the only good part of it all. No single slice was fully covered in cheese. Some slices didn't even have cheese. They were just huge dough blisters. The apple calzone may or may not have had mozzarella in it... It's either cheese or raw dough. Huge disappointment.

While on a Motorcycle Adventure we happened to stop here because of a traffic detour. Upon entry we were helped right away and ordered a fresh double cheese pizza and a couple local brews on tap. To my surprise the pizza was really good! Nice crisp crust with a good layer of cheese on top. The beer's were ice cold and fresh out of the tap. If you get pizza here I would suggest ordering it and pass on the pre cooked slices. Over all, great spot to hit for Brick Oven pizza.

Had a buffalo sub that was cold. Had a Philly steak that didn't taste right. Appetizers were good though.

This place is shameful. We were the only people in the place and every table was filthy. We were forced to get our own plates and forks and were directed to the pile of plates, most of which were dirty. I could not find a single fork that was clean. The kitchen staff was made up of KIDS, all yelling and screaming with the music blasting. The place was very dirty. The floors were gross and the air vents looked like they had never been cleaned. The decor, horrible. Most of the food was fair at best, except for the calzone, which i give a B+. This place could be a gold mine... if the owner were there to supervise the kids. I will not go back.
